I can be contacted whichever way is most comfortable for you, including email, text and of course by phone. (If I haven't responded to your email in 24 hours, please call--occasionally mail disappears into the ether, and I don't want anyone to feel ignored). I find that the phone is most convenient for a quick result. I try to answer it anytime I’m not with clients and to return calls within an hour or two. You can tell so much more from hearing my voice than just going by the written word, and I can quickly answer any questions or concerns you might have immediately. But I’m more than happy to be contacted electronically if that’s what works!
